I joined these around December 21, 2009 or so, and as you can see at some of them that had been my earnings so far. So it had been about 1 month already. I haven't cashed out yet though, because as of today apparently I hadn't met their quota^^;; (because I do missed about 15 days of clicking^^;).
I would also include some when-to-cash-out/quota descriptions and my experiences with these. I'm also only on a Free or Regular membership (meaning I did not pay for extra ads).

minimum cashout: $2 (this changes once you receive your first payment). Four ads everyday for my country, plus 1-2 small ads if you happen to check in once in a while within a day. It seems I earn faster here.
2. Palmbux
minimum cashout: $2 (this changes once you receive your first payment).
3. Trekpay
minimum cashout: $5.50 (money received in 2 weeks from day of request). many ads at not one instance in one day. This works in a "points system" -- you do not really see pointblank how much one ad is worth but you get "points"/"credits", they calculate it internally every Thursday and assign a certain equivalent amount to your account.

minimum cashout: $10 (at the 10th day of the month). Has only like 1-2 ads available for my country >__<;;.

Sites I would NEVER support again:
1. EarnEasyCash.info
Too strict with clicking quality and their rules. They put in ads randomly where they explicitly say you shouldn't click (but you don't really know for sure if that is just some ad with reverse psychology tactics =/ ). You practically have to beg to have your account reactivated (until now mine is not =/), and slow Support.
2. PTCboard.com
Somehow mysteriously one day I couldn't login. Very slow Support too... I've been waiting for 2 weeks but no reply to my question. And only 4 ads a day... never mind.
